The global printing community will gather in August 2026 for the World Print & Communication Congress (WPCF) in Seoul, held in conjunction with Korea’s leading printing exhibition, K-PRINT WEEK. Hosted by the Korean Printers Association, this international congress will explore the future of printing culture in the age of Artificial Intelligence.
Under the theme “The Future of Printing Culture in the Age of AI”, WPCF 2026 will bring together representatives of printing associations, industry leaders, technology providers and experts from more than 40 countries. Delegations from major international federations including Intergraf, FAPGA and Conlatingraf are expected to participate, making this one of the most significant global gatherings of the sector.
A Global Industry Experience
The congress programme combines high-level conference sessions, exhibition visits, exclusive technical tours and unique cultural experiences:
- 18 August (Tuesday) – Arrival in Seoul and WPCF Board Meeting with Welcome Dinner (for WPCF members only).
- 19 August (Wednesday) – Opening of K-PRINT WEEK, exhibition tour, and WPCF congress focusing on AI and the transformation of the printing industry, followed by a Grand Opening Ceremony.
- 20 August (Thursday) – Visits to world-class Korean printing facilities showcasing advanced automation, AI-driven quality control and sustainable production systems. Participants may also choose between a guided tour to the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) or a visit to the Samsung Innovation Museum. The day concludes with the Closing Ceremony and Farewell Dinner.
- 21 August (Friday) – Departure or individual exploration of Seoul.
